The order ofreview
Peer review (expert evaluation) of manuscripts submitted to the Yakovlevsky Bulletin electronic scientific journal. Humanities" (hereinafter referred to as the Journal) is carried out in order to ensure a high scientific level of publication, select the most valuable and relevant (promising) scientific research, and make specific proposals for improving peer –reviewed materials.
Principlesof peer review
1. All manuscripts that have been checked for compliance with the Journal's subject matter and the originality of the materials using the "Anti-Plagiarism" system are reviewed (the uniqueness of the materials must be at least 75%)
2. The reviewers are members of the editorial board of the Journal. 3. The reviewer is determined by the editor-in-chief of the Journal. 4. Peer review of articles is carried out in accordance with the requirements for peer review.5. The reviews of the manuscripts are kept in the editorial office of the Journal for at least 5 years and they can be presented at the request of an interested party.
Termsof reviewing
6. The review of manuscripts should be no more than one month from the end of the acceptance of materials in the planned issue of the Journal.
Rulesevaluationmaterial
7. The reviewer evaluates the manuscript according to the following criteria: scientific and methodological level (relevance, scientific novelty, theoretical/practical significance, problem statement, formulation of conclusions and reasonableness of conclusions, choice of sources); level of presentation (correspondence of the title of the manuscript to its content, correspondence of the abstract to the content of the work, correspondence of the volume of the manuscript to its content, correctness of the choice of key words words, logic, interconnectedness and quality of presentation of the material).
8. Based on the results of the evaluation, the reviewer concludes that the manuscript is consistent

9. The decision is brought to the attention of the author.
